Reserved appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment.
Appointment cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged.
Ideally, you should arrive 15 minutes before the start of your desired treatment.
The treatments start and end on time. You will receive a free exit ticket for the car parking.
